By accessing or using MyAgronomist (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

MyAgronomist provides agronomy intelligence, weather, tools, product information, and related features for UK farmers and agronomists. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content (e.g. fake reviews or price submissions)
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in abusive behaviour, or otherwise misuse the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice. For serious or repeated breaches, we may prohibit future registration.

5. Content and accuracy

Weather, pest pressure, and other agronomy data are provided for informational purposes. Farm decisions remain your responsibility. User-generated content (reviews, prices) reflects the views of contributors, not MyAgronomist.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
